Refund policy

At BOTANTASTIC, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're committed to working with you to find a fair solution.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Store Credit

Approved returns that are not the result of a manufacturing defect, fulfillment error, or shipping damage will be issued as store credit.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase from BOTANTASTIC and does not expire.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

Once reviewed and verified, BOTANTASTIC may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

All reported defects are subject to review and verification prior to approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund:

  • Digital downloads
  • Downloadable artwork
  • Music downloads
  • Wallpapers and printable files
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Undergarments

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items that show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, misuse, intentional damage, or damage occurring after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt to determine eligibility.

Exchanges

If an incorrect item, incorrect size, defective product, or fulfillment error is verified, BOTANTASTIC may provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to the customer.

For all other approved returns, store credit will be issued in lieu of an exchange.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, artwork files, music files, wallpapers, printable content, and other downloadable products are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are available for digital products once access has been provided.

Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

BOTANTASTIC is not responsible for lost, stolen, unauthorized, or improperly redeemed gift cards.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

BOTANTASTIC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be reviewed for cancellation or modification.
