Many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners. Because items are created specifically for each order, processing and shipping times may vary.
Order Processing
Most orders enter production within 1-3 business days after purchase.
Once an order enters production, it may not be modified, canceled, or changed.
Processing times may increase during holidays, peak shopping periods, or special promotions.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, orders are shipped using the carrier selected by our fulfillment partners.
Typical delivery times within the United States range from 3-10 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, BOTANTASTIC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Delivered Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
- Check with household members
- Check with neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier
BOTANTASTIC will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
